Manual bank transfer or DuitNow payments are reviewed by the platform team before subscription access is extended.
If a payment was made by mistake or the wrong amount was paid, contact support within 7 days with your company name, payment reference, and proof.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds may take several working days depending on the bank.
